Why a gnome?
In folklore, garden gnomes are small, steady guardians: they quietly look after the place they call home. That's how we think about property management. Most of the job is the little things: a repair handled before it grows, a question answered the same day, a lease explained in plain words. Do enough of them well and homes stay in good shape, owners can relax, and residents feel at home.
Our story
Gnome Property Management was founded to bring careful, local management to rental homes in Coshocton and the surrounding area.

We are a small, local team, and that is on purpose. When you call, you reach someone who knows your property, your lease and your neighborhood.

Licensing
Gnome Property Management works under Ohio real estate licensing law, overseen by the Ohio Department of Commerce, Division of Real Estate & Professional Licensing. Ask us any time and we will share our license details.
